These little bite-sized bits of cheesy bread are sooooooooo good and soooooo easy to make and so, so, so yummy and filling! You won't be able to stop eating them,
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup milk
scant 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 packed grated cheese (I used sharp cheddar)
1 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the batter in the mini muffin tins, filling it to about 3/4 way full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until very light brown.
- Eat them all up!
